Jacques Locas (ice Hockey B. 1954)
Jacques Locas (January 7, 1954 – August 20, 2006) was a Canadians, Canadian professional ice hockey forward (ice hockey), forward. Early life Locas was born in Saint-Jérôme, Quebec, Saint-Jérôme, Quebec. As a youth, he played in the 1966 Quebec International Pee-Wee Hockey Tournament with the Quebec Beavers minor ice hockey team. Career Locas played 187 games in the World Hockey Association with the Michigan Stags, Michigan Stags, Baltimore Blades, Indianapolis Racers, Cincinnati Stingers and Calgary Cowboys. The centre (or center in the United States) in ice hockey is a forward (hockey), forward position of a player whose primary Hockey rink#Zones, zone of play is the middle of the ice, away from the sideboards. Centres have more flexibility in their positioning and therefore often end up covering more ice surface than any other player. Hampton Gulls (SHL) Players
The Hampton Gulls were a minor league professional ice hockey team based in Hampton, Virginia, from 1974 to 1978 at the Hampton Coliseum. The Gulls played three seasons in the Southern Hockey League, beginning in 1974. When that league folded in 1977, the Hampton played one season in the American Hockey League.
