Jacqueline Harrison
Jacqueline Harrison (born July 28, 1978 in Niagara Falls, Ontario as Jacqueline Smith) is a Canadian curler from Waterdown, Ontario. Harrison currently skips a team on the World Curling Tour. Career Harrison's junior career involved reaching the semi-finals of the 1999 Ontario Juniors, winning the 1999 Ontario University championship and the provincial junior mixed championship playing third for future Olympic champion John Morris. After juniors, Harrison would win the Ontario Curling Association Tim Hortons Trophy with skip Vicky Hysop. She has also played in two mixed provincials (2008 and 2009). Harrison has played in eight provincial women's championships. In 2010, her Alliston Curling Club rink finished the round robin with a 5-4 record, and won a tie-breaker match to make the playoffs. Tracy Horgan
Tracy Fleury (born June 13, 1986, as Tracy Horgan) is a Canadian curler from Sudbury, Ontario. She joined the Rachel Homan rink as skip for the 2022–23 season. In 2021, she led her team to a silver medal at the 2021 Canadian Olympic Curling Trials. She has competed at the Canadian national championship five times and was the Northern Ontario women's junior champion skip from 2005 to 2007. Fleury represented Northern Ontario at three Canadian Junior Curling Championships during her junior career (2005, 2006 and 2007). She aged out of juniors in 2008 and began skipping her own rink on the Ontario and World Curling Tour's. Throughout her women's career, she has won six Northern Ontario provincial championships (2008, 2010, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2018) and went on to win the Ontario Scotties Tournament of Hearts in 2012. The North Grenville Curling Club Women's Fall Curling Classic (formerly the Royal LePage OVCA Women's Fall Classic and the Royal LePage Women's Fall Classic) is an annual women's bonspiel, or curling tournament, held in Kemptville, Ontario. The Gord Carroll Curling Classic (formerly the Mount Lawn Gord Carroll Classic and the Village of Taunton Mills Gord Carroll Curling Classic) is an annual bonspiel, or curling tournament, that takes place at the Whitby Curling Club in Whitby, Ontario, Whitby, Ontario. 2020 Ontario Scotties Tournament Of Hearts
The 2020 Ontario Scotties Tournament of Hearts, the provincial women's curling championship for Southern Ontario, was held from January 27 to February 1 at the Ed Lumley Arena in Cornwall, Ontario. The winning Rachel Homan rink represented Ontario at the 2020 Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan and lost the gold medal final to Manitoba. The event was held in conjunction with the 2020 Ontario Tankard, the men's provincial championship. Rachel Homan's rink from the Ottawa Curling Club completed their perfect undefeated run when they defeated Hollie Duncan's rink from the Royal Canadian Curling Club 7–6. The 2019 Ontario Scotties Tournament of Hearts, the provincial women's curling championship for Southern Ontario, was held January 28 to February 2 at the Woolwich Memorial Centre in Elmira, Ontario. The winning team of skip Rachel Homan, third Emma Miskew, second Joanne Courtney and lead Lisa Weagle represented Ontario at the 2019 Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Sydney, Nova Scotia, finishing second. Homan defeated Julie Tippin in the final with a final score of 7-5. The event was held in conjunction with the 2019 Ontario Tankard, the men's provincial championship. The 2018 Ontario Scotties Tournament of Hearts, the provincial women's curling championship for Southern Ontario, was held January 10 to 14 at the Whitby Curling Club in Whitby, Ontario. The winning team represented Ontario at the 2018 Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Penticton, British Columbia. The defending champion Rachel Homan rink from Ottawa represented Canada at the 2018 Winter Olympics, and thus will not have the opportunity to defend their provincial crown. Had they not qualified for the Olympics, they still would not have had a chance to defend their title, as they would have represented Team Canada at the 2018 Scotties Tournament of Hearts. The 2017 Ontario Scotties Tournament of Hearts, the provincial women's curling championship for Southern Ontario, was held January 30 to February 5 at the Cobourg Community Centre in Cobourg, Ontario. The winning Rachel Homan rink represented Ontario at the 2017 Scotties Tournament of Hearts on home ice in St. Catharines, Ontario. Homan went on to win her third Scotties Tournament of Hearts, defeating Manitoba's Michelle Englot in the final. The event was held in conjunction with the 2017 Ontario Tankard, southern Ontario's men's provincial championship which was held at the same time. The events are usually held separately. The opening ceremonies were scheduled for January 30. Jenn Hanna
Jennifer Ann Hanna (born January 22, 1980) is a Canadian curler from Nepean, Ontario. She curls out of the Ottawa Curling Club. She was a finalist in both the 1998 Canadian Junior Curling Championship and the . Career Early competitive career Hanna competed at the 1998 Canadian Juniors, losing in the final to New Brunswick's Melissa McClure. Despite this, she was named as the tournament's second team all-star skip. In 2002, as a second for Anne Merklinger, Hanna finished second at the Ontario Championships. In 2003, as a vice-skip for Darcie Simpson, she finished second and at the 2004 Ontario Scott Tournament of Hearts, she finished third in her first year skipping, after finishing first in the round robin. Rachel Homan
Rachel Catherine Homan (born April 5, 1989) is a Canadian international curler. Homan is a former Canadian junior champion, a three-time Canadian national champion, and the 2017 world champion, all as a skip. She was also the skip of the Canadian women's curling team at the 2018 Winter Olympics. During her junior career, Homan competed in two Canadian Junior Curling Championships, placing second in 2009 and winning the championship in 2010. She also won a silver medal at the 2010 World Junior Curling Championships. The 2016 Ontario Scotties Tournament of Hearts, the provincial women's curling championship for Southern Ontario, was held January 18 to 24 at the Brampton Curling Club in Brampton, Ontario. The winning Jenn Hanna rink represented Ontario at the 2016 Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Grande Prairie, Alberta. The final featured two rinks from the Ottawa Curling Club, the #1 ranked team in the world, skipped by Rachel Homan against 2005 Tournament of Hearts runner up Jenn Hanna, making her first provincial appearance since 2012, after taking a few seasons off. Hanna beat the Homan team 10–8 in the final, an upset as the Homan team had only lost one event all season, and led both the World Curling Tour Order of Merit ranking and money list at the time (while Hanna was ranked 69th and 80th respectively).
