Jacopo Sala (; born 5 December 1991) is an Italian footballer who plays as a central midfielder. Club career Hamburger SV Sala came to German side Hamburger SV from Chelsea on a three-year contract, joining former Chelsea teammate Michael Mancienne at the club. He made his competitive debut for Hamburg in a 5–1 home defeat against Borussia Dortmund; he came on as a substitute in the 65th minute, replacing Marcell Jansen. Hellas Verona On 24 July 2013, he joined Hellas Verona. Sala made his debut on 1 September 2013, against Roma; the match ended in a 3–0 defeat for Verona. 2012–13 Regionalliga
The 2012–13 Regionalliga was the fifth season of the Regionalliga as the fourth tier of the German football league system. From this season onwards, the structure of this tier has changed. The three division format administrated by the German FA has been replaced by five leagues, each of which is administrated by its respective regional FA. The Regionalliga () is the fourth tier in the German football league system. Until 1974, it was the second tier in Germany. In 1994, it was introduced as the third tier. The 2011–12 Regionalliga season was the eighteenth season of the Regionalliga since its re-establishment after German reunification and the fourth as a fourth-level league within the German football league system.
