Gmina Adamów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Zamość County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Adamów, which lies approximately south-west of Zamość and south-east of the regional capital Lublin. The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2006 its total population is 5,058 (4,871 in 2013). Neighbouring gminas Gmina Adamów is bordered by the gminas of Krasnobród, Krynice, Łabunie, Zamość and Zwierzyniec.
