Jackson Nicoll (born December 1, 2003) is an American former actor, best known for portraying Billy, the grandson of the title character, in '' Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa'' (2013). It followed the lives of the Bellacourts, the first family of Newport, Rhode Island, at the turn of the 20th century. Seabrook is a town in Rockingham County, New Hampshire, United States. The population was 8,401 at the 2020 census.
