Jack De Gier
} Jack de Gier (; born 6 August 1968) is a Dutch professional football manager and former player who played as a forward. He is the current manager of FC Den Bosch. He was nicknamed ''Il Butre'' (The Vulture), after legendary Spain striker Emilio Butragueño. ("De Gier" is Dutch for "The Vulture".) De Gier made his professional debut in the 1988–89 season for BVV Den Bosch. He scored the final goal in Ajax's former stadium " De Meer" on 28 April 1996 for Willem II. Club career Born in Schijndel, De Gier started his career at BVV Den Bosch, making his debut in August 1988 at the age of 20. A prolific striker, De Gier joined Cambuur Leeuwarden in 1991 and later played for Go Ahead Eagles, Willem II Tilburg, Lierse SK, NEC Nijmegen, Dunfermline Athletic and FC Twente. Schijndel () is a town and former municipality in the southern Netherlands, in the province of North Brabant. Schijndel is located approximately southeast of 's-Hertogenbosch. Nijverdal
Nijverdal () is a town of approximately 25,000 inhabitants in the Dutch province of Overijssel. It is the commercial centre of the municipality Hellendoorn. Nijverdal (which means ''Industrious Valley'') was founded in 1836 on the territory of the hamlet Noetsele. It was here that the industrial revolution in the Netherlands took root. Thomas Ainsworth (1795–1841) was one of its ''founding fathers''. Textile production was the focus of industrial activity in Nijverdal, as it was for the rest of the Twente region. RKC Waalwijk
RKC Waalwijk () is a Dutch professional football club based in Waalwijk, that is currently competing in the Eredivisie. Its name is derived from 'Rooms Katholieke Combinatie' ('Roman Catholic Combination' in Dutch) and was established as a merger of HEC, WVB and Hercules. History The club was formed on 26 August 1940 and used to play its home games at Sportpark Olympia. Its new stadium, the 7,500 seater Mandemakers Stadion was opened in 1996 and featured the home match against Roda JC. Maarten Jan-Willem Stekelenburg (born 13 December 1972 in Amsterdam) is a Dutch football manager, currently working as an assistant manager for Netherlands. He previously managed Premier Soccer League club Ajax Cape Town and Almere City. He was also the head coach of the Netherlands under-17 national team from July 2013 until June 2015, when he replaced Fred Grim at Almere City. Coaching career Stekelenburg left his position as youth coordinator at the amateur club AFC in 1999 to move to Ajax where he trained and coached various youth teams, including the U17s, for a full decade. In the late 1990s, he was offered an internship with the Ajax D2 junior team by the then head of youth teams Hans Westerhof and after six months, Stekelenburg got his first contract as youth coach. The Eerste Divisie (, en, First Division) is the second-highest tier of football in the Netherlands. It is linked with the top-level Eredivisie and with the third-level Tweede Divisie via promotion/relegation systems. Dunfermline Athletic Football Club is a Scottish football club based in the city of Dunfermline, Fife.
