Jack M. Campbell
John Moren Campbell (September 10, 1916 – June 14, 1999) was an American politician who served as the List of Governors of New Mexico, 21st governor of New Mexico from January 1, 1963 until January 1, 1967. Early life and education Campbell was born in Hutchinson, Kansas, Hutchinson, Reno County, Kansas, Reno County, Kansas, and educated at Washburn University, where he received an bachelor's degree, undergraduate degree in 1938 and an LL.B degree in 1940. Career During World War II, Campbell served in the United States Marine Corps. After the war, he established a legal practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico, while working as an agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. In 1955, Campbell began his career in politics when he was elected to the New Mexico House of Representatives, where he served until 1962, after having spent the last two years as Speaker. Mack Easley
Mack Easley (October 14, 1916 – March 1, 2006) was an American politician and judge in New Mexico. Early life and education Easley was born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He moved to Hobbs, New Mexico in 1947 after graduating from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. Career After serving as assistant District Attorney, he was elected to the New Mexico House of Representatives, where he served five terms from 1951 to 1953 and 1955 to 1963. He also served Speaker of the House. In 1962, he was elected Lieutenant Governor of New Mexico and served for two terms (1963–1967) with Governor Jack M. Campbell, Jack Campbell. After returning to Hobbs to become its new State Senator, Governor Bruce King appointed him as a judge to the Fifth District Judge in 1974. Gene Lusk
Thomas Eugene Lusk (June 4, 1920 – February 14, 1969) was an American politician from the state of New Mexico. Early life and education Lusk was born in 1920 on a ranch near Lovington, New Mexico, to Dolph and Georgia Lee Lusk, who served one term as U.S. Representative. He graduated from the New Mexico Military Institute in 1937 and the University of Michigan in 1948. Career Lusk began practicing law in 1949. Lusk also served in the United States Army from 1942 and 1946. In 1952, Lusk was elected to the New Mexico Senate, serving as majority leader from 1957 until 1959. In 1960, he ran for the United States House of Representatives, but lost in the Democratic primary to Joseph Montoya. John Burroughs (April 7, 1907May 21, 1978) was an American politician, educator, and businessman who served as the 18th governor of New Mexico. The Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel (ASLBP) is an independent adjudicatory division of the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, authorized under the Atomic Energy Act.
