Jack Lenz
John Frederick "Jack" Lenz is a Canadian composer. He has written, performed, and produced music for film, television, and theatre, along with working on non-soundtrack album ventures. He is also the founder of Live Unity Enterprises, an organization devoted to the production of music for the Baháʼí community. Lenz contributed additional music for the John Debney score for Mel Gibson's film ''The Passion of the Christ''. Among his current projects is working on a movie about the persecution of Baháʼís in Iran, particularly the story of Mona Mahmudnizhad who suffered under the persecution in Iran, under the title of ''Mona's Dream''. He was music director of 90 Minutes Live, with Peter Gzowski on CBC Television from 1976 to 1978. He resides in Toronto, Ontario. Background Lenz was born in Eston, Saskatchewan. Baháʼí Faith
The Baháʼí Faith is a religion founded in the 19th century that teaches the essential worth of all religions and the unity of all people. Mount Carmel ( he, הַר הַכַּרְמֶל, Har haKarmel; ar, جبل الكرمل, Jabal al-Karmil), also known in Arabic as Mount Mar Elias ( ar, link=no, جبل مار إلياس, Jabal Mār Ilyās, lit=Mount Saint Elias/ Elijah), is a coastal mountain range in northern Israel stretching from the Mediterranean Sea towards the southeast. ''Nanalan is a Canadian children's television series created by Jamie Shannon and Jason Hopley. It began in 1999 as a series of three-minute shorts and later ran for a season of full-length episodes spanning 21 minutes each. It chronicles the small-scale adventures and discoveries of a three-year-old puppet girl named Mona in her grandmother Nana Bea's backyard. The title is a contraction of the phrase "Nana Land," referring to the setting. Hopley and Shannon, who continued to work with Nickelodeon afterwards on their creation ''Mr. Meaty'', produced the series through their puppetry troupe The Grogs in association with Lenz Entertainment. The Gemini Awards were awards given by the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television between 1986–2011 to recognize the achievements of Canada's television industry.
