Jabal Qadas
Al-Mawasit District ( ar, مديرية المواسط) is a district of the Taiz Governorate, Yemen. As of 2003, the district had a population of 115,857 inhabitants. Location It is located in the southern part of Taiz governorate. It is bordered by Same'a and part of Al-Ma'afar to the north, Ash-Shamayatayn to the south, As Silw to the east and Ma'afar to the west. Uzaal and villages of Al-Mawasit Rural districts in Yemen are divided into 'Uzaal while Uzaal are divided into villages. Village
A village is a clustered human settlement or community, larger than a hamlet but smaller than a town (although the word is often used to describe both hamlets and smaller towns), with a population typically ranging from a few hundred to a few thousand. Though villages are often located in rural areas, the term urban village is also applied to certain urban neighborhoods.
