Justin Jackson (American Football)
Justin Joseph Jackson (born April 22, 1996) is an American football running back for the Detroit Lions in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Northwestern. Early life and high school career Jackson was born to Phil Jackson Sr. and the late Denise Jackson in Carol Stream, Illinois on April 22, 1996. Jackson was the youngest of three siblings. However, when Jackson was three years old, his mother, Denise, died from breast cancer. Jackson’s father did remarry, and his stepmother is Veronica Jackson. Jackson started playing football in second grade with the Carol Stream Youth Football Association Panthers because of Phil Jackson Jr., Justin’s older brother, who began at the same time but in fourth grade. Justin LeShayne Jackson (born October 13, 1990) is an American professional basketball player for CS Dinamo București of the Romanian Liga Națională. He played college basketball for the Cincinnati Bearcats. High school career Jackson began his high school career at Eau Gallie High School, in Melbourne, Florida. Under Coach Brandon Palmer, Jackson starred on the varsity team, as a freshman and sophomore, leading the Commodores to a district championship in his sophomore year, over Vero Beach High School and its legendary coach, Chuck Loewendick. As a high school junior, in the 2008–09 season, Jackson attended Montverde Academy, in Montverde, Florida, where averaged 15.0 points, 12.3 rebounds, and 3.1 blocks per game, for coach Kevin Sutton. Justin Aaron Jackson (born March 28, 1995) is an American professional basketball player for the Boston Celtics of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played basketball in the Homeschool Christian Youth Association (HCYA) and later went on to play college basketball with the North Carolina Tar Heels. The small forward took part in the 2014 McDonald's All-American Boys Game, and was named co-MVP along with Jahlil Okafor. Jackson was picked fifteenth overall by the Portland Trail Blazers in the 2017 NBA draft before being traded to the Sacramento Kings on draft night. Justin Nicholas Jackson (born February 18, 1997) is a Canadian professional basketball player who last played for the Long Island Nets of the NBA G League. He played college basketball for the Maryland Terrapins. He was selected in the second round of the 2018 NBA draft. High school career Born in Toronto, Ontario, Jackson attended Findlay Prep in Henderson, Nevada. In his junior year, he along with Allonzo Trier, played in the 2015 Dick's Sporting Goods High School National s at Christ the King Regional High School in Middle Village, Queens, New York.
