Julien Gorius
Julien Gorius (born 17 March 1985) is a former French professional footballer who is currently a sporting director for RWDM47 in the Belgian First Division B. Having started his career at FC Metz, Gorius spent most of his career playing in Belgium, playing in the top–flight football. He moved to China, ending his eleven years spell in the country. However, it didn't last long and Gorius returned to Belgium to join OH Leuven, where he stayed there for two years. After leaving the club, he announced his retirement from professional football in 2019. Club career Metz Born in Metz, France, Gorius started his career at FC Metz since he was five and progressed through the youth team and reserve side. Koninklijke Beerschot Voetbalclub Antwerpen, or simply Beerschot, is a Belgian professional football club located in Antwerp, that competes in the second-tier First Division B after relegating from the top tier in the 2021–22 season. The Belgian Cup 2008–09 was the 54th season of the main knockout football competition in Belgium. It is commonly named ''Cofidis Cup'', after its sponsor Cofidis. It was won by Genk.
