The men's 65 kg competition in judo at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona was held on 1 August at the Palau Blaugrana. The gold medal was won by Rogério Sampaio Rogério Sampaio Cardoso (born September 12, 1967 in Santos) is a Brazilian judoka and Olympic champion. He won a gold medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona.

Palau Blaugrana (, meaning in English language, English "Blue and Garnet Palace") is an arena in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain, belonging to FC Barcelona.
