Juanlu (footballer, Born 1984)
Juan Luis Hens Lorite (born 7 February 1984), commonly known as Juanlu, is a Spanish former professional footballer who played as a right midfielder. Club career Juanlu was born in Fuente Palmera, Province of Córdoba. After starting out at local Córdoba CF he moved to Valencia CF in January 2003, playing mostly for their reserves. On 23 January 2005, he appeared in the first of five competitive matches with the first team, against Villarreal CF: he came on as a substitute for Francisco Rufete in the seventh minute, being himself replaced at half-time by Marco Di Vaio in an eventual 3–1 La Liga away loss. After a loan at UE Lleida, Juanlu was released and resumed his career also in the Segunda División, signing a two-year contract with CD Tenerife from Granada 74 CF in July 2008 and contributing four goals in 35 games in his second season as the club returned to the top flight after seven years. Fuente Palmera
Fuente Palmera is a Spanish municipality in the province of Córdoba, Andalusia. Much of its territory, the district of El Villar, forms an enclave surrounded by land from the province of Seville. Currently it is known for having a large industry and for its trade, dedicated to the activity of wedding dresses. 2008–09 Segunda División
The 2008–09 Segunda División season (known from that season as Liga Adelante for sponsorship reasons) was the 78th since its establishment. The first matches of the season were played on 30 August 2008, and the season ended on 21 June 2009. Real Zaragoza, Real Murcia and Levante were the teams relegated from La Liga the previous season. Alicante, Girona, Huesca and Rayo Vallecano were the teams promoted from Segunda División B the previous season. Francisco JoaquÃn Pérez Rufete (born 20 November 1976) is a Spanish former footballer, and a manager. He played predominantly as a right winger with good dribbling ability, also being a player with a good workrate. He played with seven clubs during his professional career, including Barcelona (one game) and Valencia (two La Liga titles). Substitute (association Football)
In association football, a substitute is a player who is brought on to the pitch during a match in exchange for an existing player. Substitutions are generally made to replace a player who has become tired or injured, or who is performing poorly, or for tactical reasons (such as bringing a striker on in place of a defender). A player who has been substituted during a match takes no further part in the game, in games played under the standard International Football Association Board Laws of the Game. Substitutions were officially added to the Laws of the Game in 1958. Prior to this most games were played with no changes permitted at all, with occasional exceptions in cases of extreme injury or players not arriving to matches on time.
