Juana Vallejo
Juana María Vallejo Klaere is an Ecuadorian television producer and politician. She was elected Governor of Guayas Province in 2018. Career Vallejo began her career in politics in the 1970s as a community organizer in the Guayaquil neighborhoods of Urdesa and . In the latter of these two, she founded the Civic Management Foundation, which she used to build schools, shelters, and day care centers, gradually expanding the influence of the Foundation over other barrios of Guayaquil. Vallejo's work would see her decorated by the city government and she would make an unsuccessful bid for the office of . Andean Parliament
The Andean Parliament is the governing and deliberative body of the Andean Community. It was created on October 25, 1979, in La Paz (Bolivia), through the Constitutive Treaty signed by the chancellors of Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Venezuela. The Ecuadorian Constituent Assembly was a 2007–2008 constitutional assembly in Ecuador, which drafted the 2008 Constitution of Ecuador, approved via the Ecuadorian constitutional referendum, 2008. Social Christian Party (Ecuador)
The Social Christian Party ( es, Partido Social Cristiano; PSC) is a centre-right political party in Ecuador. The party was founded in 1951 under the name of Social Christian Movement (''Movimiento Social Cristiano'') by Camilo Ponce Enríquez, who was Ecuador's president from 1956 to 1960, and Sixto Durán Ballén. It was initially focused on Quito. Since the 1980s, however, the party's popularity is more present on the coastal areas, particularly around Ecuador's economic center and most populous city, Guayaquil, and in coastal provinces, such as Guayas, El Oro, Los Rios, and Manabi, which constitute about half of the country's population.
