Adalberto Luis Brandoni (born 18 April 1940) is an Argentine actor and politician. Biography Brandoni was born in Dock Sud, a port community east of Avellaneda. He debuted on the stage in 1962, television in 1963, and on film in 1966. He joined the National Comedy Theater in 1964 under the direction of Luisa Vehil. Politically active in the centrist Radical Civic Union (UCR) party, he also served as cultural policy adviser for President Raúl AlfonsÃn (1983–89), and was elected to the Argentine Chamber of Deputies in 1993, where he served until 2001. He was an unsuccessful Argentine Senate candidate for the UCR in 2005, and for Vice Governor of Buenos Aires Province, with nominee Ricardo AlfonsÃn, in 2007. Ana MarÃa Campoy
Ana MarÃa Campoy (26 July 1925 – 8 July 2006) was an Argentina, Argentine actress of Colombian origin. She was born in Bogotá, the child of a couple of actors who had a theatre company in Spain. She began acting at the age of 4, and at 17 she formed her own company. In 1947, while in Guatemala, she married Argentine actor and director José Cibrián, Pepe Cibrián, with whom she had two sons. Two years later they settled in Argentina. There, Campoy acted on TV, cinema and theatre; she also published a book of love stories. She received two MartÃn Fierro Awards, a Konex Award for her comedy acting, and a Podestá Award to her career in theatre. Campoy died of recurring pneumonia in a hospital of Buenos Aires in 2006, two weeks before turning 81. Enrique Pinti
Enrique Pinti (7 October 1939 – 27 March 2022) was an Argentine actor and comedian. Life As a humorist, he performed stand-up shows with long monologues on Argentine politics and history, speaking at an extremely fast pace and resorting to a mix of common swearwords and elaborate insults to qualify notorious examples of immorality or corruption. The monologues were interrupted by interspersed musical segments. Though his stance was not impartial or unbiased, Pinti displayed historical knowledge beyond the common traditional themes, so these shows were arguably an alternative source of learning about Argentina's past and present troubles. A number of his productions, such as ''Salsa Criolla'' in the early 1990s and later ''Candombe Nacional'', were among the most successful in the Argentine theatre. Federico Luppi (; February 23, 1936 – October 20, 2017) was an Argentine-Spanish film, TV, radio and theatre actor. He won numerous awards throughout his acting career, including a Concha de Plata at the San Sebastian International Film Festival. Biography Luppi worked mostly in Argentine cinema, but also worked in Chile, Mexico, Spain, and the United States. He acted in almost 100 films and 50 television series from the time of his debut in 1964. His first films were Pajarito Gómez and Psique y sexo in 1965. In 2004, he directed his first film, '' Pasos'' (''Steps''), made in Spain. His English-language films (and his work with international directors) include John Sayles' ''Men with Guns'' and '' Los pasos perdidos'', among others. Gianni Lunadei (May 1, 1938 – June 17, 1998) was an Italian Argentine actor. He is considered one of the most versatile actors of his generation, and is best known for his work in Argentine comedy. Biography Lunadei was born in Rome in 1938. His mother was a seamstress and his father a brick mason, and the young Lunadei first developed an interest in acting when at age five, his parents introduced him to the cinema and theater. The family struggled during World War II, however, and his mother emigrated to Buenos Aires, Argentina, where Gianni arrived in 1950, followed by his father shortly afterward.
