Juan Lopez (born November 6, 1952) is a Puerto Rican former professional baseball infielder and coach. As a player, he was listed at and ; he throws and bats right-handed. He was on the coaching staff of the New York Mets of Major League Baseball (MLB) during the 2002 and 2003 seasons. Career Lopez played in Minor League Baseball from 1971 to 1984, within the farm systems of the Milwaukee Brewers and Detroit Tigers. Juan Enrique López (born May 16, 1962), nicknamed "Porky", is a Puerto Rican former professional baseball player, bullpen catcher, and coach. He was a bullpen coach in Major League Baseball (MLB) for three different National League teams during 14 seasons between 1999 and 2013. During his playing career, he was listed at and ; he throws and bats right-handed. Professional career ;As player López was signed as a non-drafted free agent by the Cleveland Indians in 1983. Brooklyn Cyclones
The Brooklyn Cyclones are a Minor League Baseball team of the South Atlantic League and the High-A affiliate of the New York Mets. They are based in the New York City borough of Brooklyn, and play at Maimonides Park, just off the Coney Island Boardwalk. From their founding in 2001 through 2020, the Cyclones competed in the Class A Short Season New York–Penn League (NYPL). Brooklyn won six division titles and two NYPL championships.
