Joëlle F.G.M. Milquet ( ; born 17 February 1961) is a Belgian politician from the Humanist Democratic Centre (CDH). Education She studied classics at the in Charleroi, before going on to graduate in law from the Université Catholique de Louvain in 1984. In 1985, she took a post-graduate diploma in European law at the Universiteit van Amsterdam (UvA). Career She started her career at the Bar in Brussels. From 1995 to 1999 she was a delegate to the Belgian Senate. She has been the president of the CDH party since, and played a prominent role in the 2007-2008 formation negotiations for the Leterme I Government. Joëlle Ursull (born 9 November 1960) is a French singer. She performed "White and Black Blues", composed by Georges Augier de Moussac with lyrics by Serge Gainsbourg, in the Eurovision Song Contest 1990 of 5 May 1990. She scored 132 points and was joint second with Ireland, behind "Insieme: 1992" by Toto Cutugno. The single was a hit in France, where it peaked at #2 and remained charted for 26 weeks. Joëlle Sabourin (born May 28, 1972) is a Canadian curler from Gatineau. Born in Hull, Quebec, Canada, Sabourin is a five-time provincial champion for her native Quebec, earning her the right to play at five national championships (the Scotties Tournament of Hearts). In she won as Chantal Osborne's second, in and as Janique Berthelot's third, and in and playing lead for Marie-France Larouche. Three times she played in the Scotties as an alternate: in for Agnes Charette, in for Ontario's Jenn Hanna and in for Marie-France Larouche. In 2001 Sabourin won the Canadian Mixed Curling Championship playing lead for Jean-Michel Ménard. From 2004 to 2007, Sabourin played in Ontario for Jenn Hanna.
