José Luis Ceballos (born February 23, 1953 in Córdoba, Argentina) is a former Argentine footballer who played for clubs in Argentina, Chile, Mexico and Spain. Córdoba () is a city in central Argentina, in the foothills of the Punilla Valley, Sierras Chicas on the Primero River, Suquía River, about northwest of Buenos Aires.
