It is located approximately north of the Massachusetts state line, west of New Hampshire state line, and east of the New York state line. James McNeil (born July 24, 1958) is an American businessman and politician who served as a member of the Vermont House of Representatives from 2008 to 2013 and the Vermont Senate from 2019 to 2021.
