Jorge Arganis Díaz Leal
Jorge Arganis Díaz Leal (born 20 April 1943) is a civil engineer and current Secretary of Communications and Transportation of Mexico. In October 2021, he was named in the Pandora Papers leak. Career He studied Civil Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering of the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He obtained a diploma in Construction Administration (CMIC) and also had studies in Project Management and Business Development. In 1963, he was appointed as Director General of Projects and Laboratories of the Secretariat of Public Works of National Autonomous University of Mexico. In 1971 he worked as Technical Advisor of Pemex. From 1977 to 1997 he worked in ''Ingenieros Civiles Asociados''. Secretariat Of Communications And Transportation (Mexico)
The Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation (''Secretaría de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes'', SICT) of Mexico is the national federal entity that regulates commercial road traffic and broadcasting. Its headquarters are in the Torre Libertad on Reforma in Mexico City but some aspects of the department still function at the old headquarters located at the intersection of Eje Central and Eje 4 Sur (Xola). The building is decorated with murals created by arranging small colored stones on the building's outer walls. Andrés Manuel López Obrador
Andrés Manuel López Obrador (; born 13 November 1953), also known by his initials AMLO, is a Mexican politician who has been serving as the 65th president of Mexico since 1 December 2018. He previously served as Head of Government of Mexico City from 2000 to 2005. Born in Tepetitán, in the municipality of Macuspana, in the south-eastern state of Tabasco, López Obrador earned a degree in political science from the National Autonomous University of Mexico following a hiatus from his studies to participate in politics. Javier Jiménez Espriú (born 31 July 1937) is a Mexican academic and former Secretary of Communications and Transportation of Mexico. He is the former head of the engineering school at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He was Under Secretary of Communications and Technological Development of the Secretariat of Communications and Transport when Miguel de la Madrid was president (1982-1988). The Pandora Papers are 11.9 million leaked documents with 2.9 terabytes of data that the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) published beginning on 3 October 2021. The leak exposed the secret offshore accounts of 35 world leaders, including current and former presidents, prime ministers, and heads of state as well as more than 100 billionaires, celebrities, and business leaders. The news organizations of the ICIJ described the document leak as their most expansive exposé of financial secrecy yet, containing documents, images, emails and spreadsheets from 14 financial service companies, in nations including Panama, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates, surpassing their previous release of the Panama Papers in 2016, which had 11.5 million confidential documents (2.6 terabytes).
