Emily Hampshire (born 1979) is a Canadian actress. ''The Last Mark'' is a Canadian thriller film, directed by Reem Morsi and released in 2022. The film stars Shawn Doyle as Keele, a hitman who is on his final assignment before retiring; after he and his partner Palmer's (Bryce Hodgson) successful killing of the target is witnessed by sex worker Peyton (Alexia Fast), Keele abducts her with the intention of helping her escape the country for her safety before Palmer can find and kill her. The ''Times Colonist'' is an English-language daily newspaper in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. The Gemini Awards were awards given by the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television between 1986–2011 to recognize the achievements of Canada's television industry. The Gemini Awards are analogous to the Emmy Awards given in the United States and the BAFTA Television Awards in the United Kingdom. First held in 1986 to replace the ACTRA Award, the ceremony celebrated Canadian television productions with awards in 87 categories, along with other special awards such as lifetime achievement awards. The Academy had previously presented the one-off Bijou Awards in 1981, inclusive of some television productions.
