Jon Stewart (born Jonathan Stuart Leibowitz; November 28, 1962) is an American comedian, political commentator, and television host. He hosted ''The Daily Show'', a satirical news program on Comedy Central, from 1999 to 2015 and now hosts ''The Problem with Jon Stewart'', which premiered September 2021 on Apple TV+. Stewart started as a stand-up comedian but branched into television as host of ''Short Attention Span Theater'' for Comedy Central. He went on to host ''You Wrote It, You Watch It'' (1992–1993) and then ''The Jon Stewart Show'' (1993–1995), both on MTV, until ''The Jon Stewart Show'' was retooled, dropped by the network and moved to syndication. Jonathan Harris Stewart (born 13 March 1989) is an English footballer who plays as a goalkeeper. Stewart has played professionally for Bournemouth and Spanish side UD Alzira where as spells with Portsmouth and Burnley yielded no first team appearances. He has played at Non-league level for Weymouth, Alfreton Town, Worksop Town, Bradford Park Avenue, Shaw Lane, Boston United, Gainsborough Trinity, Matlock Town and Liversedge F.C. Career Stewart started his career with the Swindon Town youth squad before moving to Weymouth in 2006. His Weymouth debut came on 18 September 2007 against Rushden & Diamonds in a 2–1 defeat; he was 18 at the time. His first clean sheet was against Northwich Victoria two weeks later. Jon Bartley Stewart is an American philosopher and historian of philosophy. He specializes in 19th century Continental philosophy with an emphasis on the thought of Kierkegaard and Hegel. Stewart currently works as a researcher at the Institute of Philosophy at the Slovak Academy of Sciences. Life Stewart earned his BA in Philosophy in 1984 from the University of California, Santa Cruz, where he studied with David Hoy. He received his MA in 1986 and his PhD in 1992 from the University of California, San Diego, where he studied with Henry Allison, Nicholas Jolley, Robert B. Pippin and Frederick A. Olafson. Jonathan Stewart
Jonathan Creon Stewart (born March 21, 1987) is a former American football running back. He played college football at the University of Oregon and was selected by the Carolina Panthers in the first round (13th overall) of the 2008 NFL Draft. He played 10 seasons with Carolina, making the 2016 Pro Bowl, before spending one season with the New York Giants. Following the 2018 season, Stewart signed a one-day contract with Carolina and retired as a Panther. High school career Stewart is the career leading rusher in Washington prep football history.
