John Baird (footballer, Born 1985)
John David Baird (born 22 August 1985) is a Scottish footballer who plays as a forward. He currently plays for Football West State League Division 1 side Mandurah City. Baird has also previously played for Clyde, St Mirren, Stenhousemuir, Montrose, Brechin City, Airdrie United, Dundee, Partick Thistle, Raith Rovers, Queen of the South, Falkirk, Inverness Caledonian Thistle, Greenock Morton and Forfar Athletic where he was also the assistant manager. Career Clyde, St Mirren and Montrose Baird, who was born in Glasgow, began his career with Clyde, and made his debut in May 2003, coming on as a substitute against Ayr United. Baird signed a professional contract with Clyde in July 2003, but only made one more appearance for the club, in the Scottish Challenge Cup, before he was released from his contract along with seven other youth players in December 2003. The Scottish Football League First Division was the second tier in the Scottish football league system between 1975 and 2013. Cowdenbeath (; sco, Coudenbeith) is a town and burgh in west Fife, Scotland. It is north-east of Dunfermline and north of the capital, Edinburgh. Andrew Rodgers (born 18 October 1983 in Falkirk) is a Scottish footballer and coach who plays as a forward for Syngenta. Career Rodgers began his career at Falkirk, scoring nine minutes into his debut after coming on as a substitute in a 2–1 win against Ross County in the First Division on 24 November 2001. During his time at Falkirk he spent a week on trial at English club Tottenham Hotspur in 2001. On 20 December 2003, he left Falkirk to join Dumbarton, initially on loan, before signing permanently on 18 June 2004. After two seasons at Dumbarton, on 22 July 2006, Rodgers moved to Montrose. James McIntosh Weir (born 15 June 1969) is a Scottish professional football player and coach. Weir played in the senior Scottish leagues for Hamilton Academical, Hearts and St. Johnstone. He has also worked as manager of Montrose, Arbroath, Brechin City, Elgin City and Forfar Athletic. Greenock Morton Football Club is a Scottish professional football club, which plays in the Scottish Championship. The club was founded as Morton Football Club in 1874, making it one of the oldest senior Scottish clubs.
