Gorseinon
Gorseinon is a town within the City and County of Swansea, Wales, near the Loughor estuary. It was a small village until the late 19th century when it grew around the coal mining and tinplate industries. It is situated in the north west of Swansea City Centre, around north west of the city centre. Gorseinon is a local government community with an elected town council. The population of the Gorseinon town council area in the 2011 Census is 8,693. However, the ONS defines an area called the Gorseinon Urban Area which comprises all of the continuous built up area in and around Gorseinon. This area includes Gorseinon, Loughor, Garden Village and Penllergaer and has a population of 20,581. Wojciech Szkudlarczyk (born 8 January 1986 in Poznań) is a Polish badminton player. Career Wojciech Szklarczyk won in 2004 and 2005, three junior titles in Poland. Even as a junior he won also first medals in the adult. By 2011, he was second twice and third six times at the national championships. 2012, 2013 and 2014 he won the national championships. Zvonimir Đurkinjak (born 2 June 1988) is a Croatian badminton player who plays for the Medvedgrad 1998 badminton club. Career Đurkinjak started playing badminton when he was 10. At the Croatian National Badminton Championships he won the men's singles and mixed doubles title nine times from 2005, and eight times in the men's doubles event from 2004. Zvonimir Hölbling (born 3 August 1989) is a Croatian male badminton player who plays for the Medvedgrad 1998 badminton club and also BV Mülheim in Germany. Personal life He was educated at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing. Career Zvonimir started playing badminton at age 10 and competed in various junior international tournaments throughout his teenage years where he achieved a lot of great results that put him to the top of the European junior circuit ranking. Since his junior days, he has had a lot of great results and won tournaments in men's doubles on the international tour with his partner Zvonimir Đurkinjak. He competed at the 2013 Mediterranean Games in Mersin, where he won gold medal in men's doubles tournament making a historic success for Croatian badminton.
