''Jim Power in Mutant Planet'' is a platform video game developed by Digital Concept and published by Loriciel for the Amiga, Atari ST and Amstrad CPC in 1992. It was also released by Micro World for the TurboGrafx-CD in 1993 exclusively in Japan. The game features several contrasting modes of gameplay, including side-view platforming, top-view, and horizontal shoot 'em up. In 2021, Piko Interactive is bringing back the Japanese exclusive PC Engine CD version for a worldwide release, together with a newly made Amiga CD32 version. The soundtrack was composed by Chris Hülsbeck Christopher Hülsbeck (born 2 March 1968), known internationally as Chris Huelsbeck, is a German video game music composer. Jim Power (economist)
Jim Power is a self-employed economist, previously Chief Economist at Friends First, a subsidiary of insurance multinational Achmea. From Waterford, Ireland, he is married and has children. Power attended University College Dublin (UCD). He has worked for the Bank of Ireland as its Chief Economist, and for Allied Irish Banks as its Treasury Economist. He teaches at Dublin City University and at UCD's Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. His weekly column features in the ''Irish Examiner'', and he is often to be seen commentating in Ireland's media, in newspapers, on radio and on television programmes such as '' Tonight with Vincent Browne''. He also edits Friends First's ''Quarterly Economic Outlook''. Jim Power (hurler)
James Power (7 November 1895 – 21 May 1998) was an Irish hurler who played as a full-back for the Galway senior teams. Born in Duniry, County Galway, Power first arrived on the inter-county scene at the age of twenty-two when he first linked up with the Galway senior team, before later lining out with the junior side. He made his senior debut in the 1918 championship. Power went on to enjoy a ten-year inter-county career, and won one All-Ireland medal and one Connacht medal. He was an All-Ireland runner-up on two occasions. Power represented the Connacht inter-provincial team on one occasion, however, he ended his career without a Railway Cup medals. At club level he won five championship medals with Tynagh. His retirement came following the conclusion of the 1928 championship. Power is the longest-lived All-Ireland medallist.
