Jim O'Doherty
Jim O'Doherty (born 1959) is an American television producer, writer and actor. As a television producer and writer he is best known for his work on the sitcoms ''Grounded for Life'' and '' 3rd Rock from the Sun''. He was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for his work on the latter series, as a part of the producing and writing team. O'Doherty's other television credits include '' Out of the Blue'', ''The Tracy Morgan Show'' and ''Brothers''... as well as the sitcoms '' Kickin' It'' and ''How to Rock'', in which he is credited as creator for both series. He has collaborated with fellow producer and writer David M. Israel on the series ''3rd Rock from the Sun'', ''Grounded for Life'', ''The Tracy Morgan Show'' and ''Brothers''. Grounded For Life
''Grounded for Life'' is an American television sitcom that debuted on January 10, 2001, as a mid-season replacement on Fox Broadcasting Company, Fox. Created by Mike Schiff and Bill Martin, it ran for two seasons on the network until being canceled only two episodes into its third season. It was immediately picked up for the rest of the third season by the WB, where it aired for two additional seasons until the series ended on January 28, 2005. The show starred Donal Logue and Megyn Price as Sean and Claudia Finnerty, an Irish Catholic couple living on Staten Island, New York, with their three children: Lily (Lynsey Bartilson), Jimmy (Griffin Frazen), and Henry (Jake Burbage). ''Unhappily Ever After'' is an American sitcom television series that aired for 100 episodes on The WB from January 11, 1995, to May 23, 1999, for a total of five seasons. The series was produced by Touchstone Television. Synopsis The series follows the Malloy family of Los Angeles, California: father Jack (Geoff Pierson); mother Jennie ( Stephanie Hodge); dim-witted eldest son Ryan ( Kevin Connolly); daughter Tiffany (Nikki Cox); and "forgotten" son Ross (Justin Berfield). ''Suddenly Susan'' is an American television sitcom that aired on NBC from September 19, 1996, to December 26, 2000. The ''Epigoni'' ( grc, Ἐπίγονοι, ''Epigonoi'', "progeny") is an ancient Greek tragedy written by the Greek playwright Sophocles in the 5th century BC and based on Greek mythology. According to myth, Polynices and the Seven against Thebes attacked Thebes because Polynices' brother, Eteocles, refused to give up the throne as promised. All but one (Adrastus) of the seven would-be conquerors were killed. Their children swore vengeance and attacked Thebes.
