Vichy (, ; ; oc, Vichèi, link=no, ) is a city in the Allier Departments of France, department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of central France, in the historic province of Bourbonnais. Clifton Reece Gaines (born January 7, 1981) is an American former professional basketball player and former assistant coach at Austin Spurs. He is currently a video coordinator for Louisville. Ryan Walter Zamroz (born February 20, 1987) is an American-Italian former professional basketball player. He played college basketball for The Master's College before playing professionally in Australia, England, Sweden, France and Spain.
