Javier De Pedro
Francisco Javier "Javi" de Pedro Falque (born 4 August 1973) is a Spanish retired footballer. He played as a left midfielder, mainly with Real Sociedad, and possessed a thunderous left-foot shot. He also played professionally in four other countries. De Pedro represented Spain at the 2002 World Cup. Club career De Pedro was born in Logroño, La Rioja. A product of Real Sociedad's youth system, he first appeared with the main squad on 7 November 1993, coming on as a substitute in a 1–3 home defeat against UE Lleida. Logroño
Logroño () is the capital of the province of La Rioja, situated in northern Spain. Traversed in its northern part by the Ebro River, Logroño has historically been a place of passage, such as the Camino de Santiago. Its borders were disputed between the Iberian kingdoms of Castille, Navarre and Aragon during the Middle Ages. Unió Esportiva Lleida was a Spanish football team based in Lleida, in the autonomous community of Catalonia.
