Jason Walker (American Musician)
Jason Walker is an American singer and songwriter whose work includes mostly dance and house music, especially popular among the gay club scene, but also includes pop, soul and R&B influences. Walker has released several studio albums, and 12 of his singles have charted on ''Billboard'' Dance Club Songs, including five, "Foolish Mind Games" (2004), "Set It Free" (2005), "So Happy" (2016), " Say Yes" (2016), and " I'm In Love With You", which reached number one on the chart. Early life and education Walker grew up in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, south of Pittsburgh. He started singing from the age of four. His interest in music developed while singing in church choirs, and he also performed in local R&B bands. Junior Vasquez (born Donald Gregory Mattern, August 24, 1949) is an American DJ, record producer and remixer. He has been referred to as one of the only DJs of his time to gain international attention. Career Mattern moved to New York City as a young man of 25 in 1971 with ambitions of becoming a fashion designer, briefly attending Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) and working for a while as a hairdresser. Mattern soon became fascinated with NYC nightlife especially the work of DJ Larry Levan at the Paradise Garage.
