Jason Roberts is an American author acclaimed for his work in fiction and narrative nonfiction. He is a former journalist and technologist. The son of Pulitzer Prize-winning photojournalist Anthony Kalani Roberts and the actress Gloria Neil, Roberts grew up in Southern California and Hawaii. A graduate of the University of California at Santa Cruz, he worked as a software engineer at Apple Computer before leaving to write a series of books on both hardware and software topics, then to serve as a technology reporter for the Village Voice. An early proponent of the Internet, in 1996 Roberts launched the Learn2 Corporation, one of the first sources for non-academic instruction on the Internet. In 1999, the company began publicly trading on the NASDAQ exchange; it has since been acquired by Oracle Corporation. In 2000, shortly after Yahoo! ranked Learn2 as “One of the Ten Most Important Websites of the 20th Century”, Roberts retired from management and returned to writing. ...

Jason Andre Davis Roberts MBE (born 25 January 1978) is a former professional footballer who is now Director of Development at CONCACAF. Born in Park Royal, London, Roberts was playing football from an early age, and spent time in the youth academies at several professional clubs, but was not retained. After a spell in non-league football with Hayes, he joined Wolverhampton Wanderers in 1997. He failed to make a first-team appearance for Wolves, and had loan spells at Torquay United and Bristol City before signing for Bristol Rovers in 1998. He quickly established himself in the first team, scoring 38 goals in his two seasons at the club. After the club failed to gain promotion, Roberts handed in a transfer request and was sold to West Bromwich Albion in July 2000. Jason Abraham Roberts is the professional name of American musician and producer Jason Roberts. Roberts is best known for his collaborations with Bedouine, Norah Jones, Hymns, Ben Kweller, and The Candles. Musical career 2004–2007: Ben Kweller Roberts met Ben Kweller at The Living Room shortly after relocating to New York City. Jason Nelson Robards Jr. (July 26, 1922 – December 26, 2000) was an American actor. Known as an interpreter of the works of playwright Eugene O'Neill, Robards received two Academy Awards, a Tony Award, a Primetime Emmy Award, and the Cannes Film Festival Award for Best Actor. Jason Nelson Robards (December 31, 1892 – April 4, 1963) was an American stage and screen actor, and the father of Oscar-winning actor Jason Robards Jr. Robards appeared in many films, initially as a leading man, then in character roles and occasional bit parts.
