Japan Breeding Farms' Cup Classic
Japan Breeding farms' Cup Classic (ジャパンブリーディングファームズカップクラシック) is an annual race that is usually held on November 3, the national holiday Culture Day. This race and the JBC sprint were started in 2001, following American the Breeders' Cup, though the JBC has only two category race. In 2011, JBC Lady's Classic was added for fillies and mares. The track is changed yearly like the American Breeders' Cup, so that the distances may differ. The distance was 2,000 meters from 2001 to 2004, in 2007 and 2011; 1,900 meters in 2005 and 2009; 2,100 meters in 2006; 1,870 meters in 2008; and 1800 meters in 2010. In both 2012 and the following year, it will be 2,100 meters. Yutaka Take
(born March 15, 1969 in Kyoto, Kyoto) is a Japanese jockey. A legend in Japan, Yutaka Take made his riding debut in 1987 and currently holds seven all-time records in his native country. Take has won at least one Grade 1 races for 23 straight years until 2010 and a graded stakes race for 36 consecutive years. Take has also shown his abilities abroad. He has 114 wins to his credit in eight countries, including Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Korea, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and the United States. A sampling of his international victories includes Group 1 wins in the Prix d'Ispahan (France) and Hong Kong Cup (Hong Kong), two races timed by Longines, the July Cup (England) and Dubai Duty Free Stakes (UAE). Kyoto Racecourse
is located in Fushimi-ku, Kyoto, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. It is used for horse racing. It has a capacity of 120,000. It was built in 1999. History Kyoto Race Course opened on December 1, 1925. In preparation for the track's 100th anniversary, Kyoto Race Course will be closed from November 2020 until the Spring of 2023 for grandstand renovations. Races normally run at Kyoto will be moved to either Hanshin Racecourse or Chukyo Racecourse during this time. Yuichi Fukunaga
is a Japanese jockey who has won 29 Grade 1 races in Japan and abroad. He is affiliated with the Japan Racing Association (JRA) in Rittō. His father is former jockey Yoichi Fukunaga who was said to be a "genius" during his active career, and his uncle is Takashi Kitamura, also a former jockey. His wife is former Fuji TV announcer Midori Matsuo. Since July 2016, he has a management contract with Horipro, the entertainment production in which his wife is also affiliated. On December 8, 2022, following his trainer license issue being issued by the JRA, Fukunaga announced that he would retire as a jockey at the end of February next year and make a transition in to becoming a horse trainer. Nagoya Racecourse
is located in Yatomi, Aichi, Japan, and runs under National Association of Racing. It is a 1100-meter dirt oval with 193.5m stretch. It is also commonly known as Donko Racecourse, after the surrounding district. In 2017 it was announced that the Nagoya Racecourse would move from its original location in Nagoya and move to a new location in Yatomi. In March 11, 2022, the old Nagoya Racecourse held its last race before moving to Yatomi. The Thoroughbred is a horse breed best known for its use in horse racing. Although the word ''thoroughbred'' is sometimes used to refer to any breed of purebred horse, it technically refers only to the Thoroughbred breed.
