Janne Karlsson (ice Hockey, Born 1958)
Jan "Janne" Tordh Ingemar Karlsson (born 28 August 1958) is a Swedish professional ice hockey coach and former player. He is currently the head coach of Denmark's national icehockey team. Playing career Karlsson played for HV71 from 1977 to 1981, for Västra Frölunda from 1981 to 1990 and for Mörrums GoIS IK from 1990 to 1993. Coaching career After retiring as a player after the 1992–93 season, Karlsson took a coaching position with Mörrum. In 1995 he returned to Frölunda to work as a coach and manager of their youth department. He became an assistant coach for Frölunda together with Christer Kellgren under head coach Tommy Boustedt during the 1999–00 season. The following season Karlsson was the lone assistant coach to Boustedt, and he continued as assistant coach when Conny Evensson took over as head coach prior to the 2002–03 season. Jan "Janne" Peter Karlsson (born 30 May 1964) is a Swedish former professional ice hockey player defenceman and general manager, currently the head coach of the Karlskrona HK. Playing career Karlsson was born in Kiruna and therefore has Kiruna AIF as his youth team. In the 1982 NHL Entry Draft, Karlsson was drafted in the 8th round, 162nd overall, by the New York Rangers. He left Kiruna AIF after the 1980–81 season, playing nine games with the team in the then second-tier league Division 1. The following season Karlsson played in Sweden's national under-18 team in the 1982 IIHF European U18 Championship, scoring two points in five games and winning a gold medal. Karlsson also played in Sweden's national under-20 team in the 1983 respectively 1984 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships. Jan Edvard Carlsson (12 March 1937 – 31 August 2017), known professionally as Janne 'Loffe' Carlsson, was a Swedish actor, musician, composer and artist. Early life Carlsson was born on 12 March 1937 in Katarina Parish, Stockholm, the son of Erik Carlsson (1893–1953) and Tyra Törnkvist (1901–1981). His older brother, Leopold Fare (1926–1996), was an artist. He also had one sister, Gerd Carlsson. Carlsson was the uncle of and paternal uncle of . Career Carlsson's debut as an actor came in 1950. He is perhaps most famous for his roles in the comedies ''Repmånad'' (1979) and ''Göta kanal eller Vem drog ur proppen?'' (1981).
