James M. Falkinburg (September 25, 1932 – June 18, 2014), known in the entertainment industry as James "Jim" Nelson, was an American sound editor, film producer and post-production supervisor. As a sound editor, Nelson worked on many of the iconic films and television programs of the 1950s, '60s and '70s, including ''Rock Around the Clock'', '' The Monkees'', the beach party films, '' The Brady Bunch'', '' Easy Rider'', '' Five Easy Pieces'' and '' The Exorcist''. In total, he edited the sound effects for over 100 films and 38 television programs comprising more than 1,700 episodes, as well as several made-for-TV movies, documentaries and television specials. Expanding into film production in the 1970s, Nelson helped George Lucas in launching Industrial Light & Magic and took part in the making of the first ''Star Wars''. James Victor Nelson (born September 5, 1959) is an American former professional baseball player. Nelson played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Seattle Mariners during the 1983 in baseball, 1983 season. In 40 games, Nelson had 21 hits in 96 at-bats with five RBIs. He was a catcher and batted and threw right-handed. He was drafted by the New York Mets in the 8th round of the 1978 Major League Baseball draft. James Nelson (born 18 February 1982) is a British former professional tennis player. Biography A right-handed player from Newcastle, Nelson won the boys' doubles title at the 2000 US Open, partnering Lee Childs. It was the first title won by British players at the US Open for 32 years. The two players finished 2000 as the top ranked pair in the ITF year-end doubles rankings. His only main draw appearance on the ATP Tour came in the doubles at the 2000 Brighton International. Nelson played in the main draw of Wimbledon in both 2000 and 2001. At the 2000 Wimbledon Championships he was a wildcard pairing with Mark Hilton and they were beaten in a four-set first round match by Czechs Petr Pála and Pavel Vízner. He received another opportunity to compete in the men's doubles at the 2001 Wimbledon Championships, but he and partner Lee Childs were unable to get past their first round opponents, the Bryan brothers.
