James Gregory (born 1946) is an American stand-up comedian.Patrick, JessicComedian James Gregory Comes to Cary''Cary Citizen''. May 13, 2015 He was born in Lithonia, Georgia, on May 6, 1946, and worked as a salesperson until he was 36, when he began introducing performers at The Punch Line comedy club in Atlanta. His first feature act at the Punch Line was February 17, 1982. Some of his most notable works include an album and a book titled ''It Could Be A Law, I Don't Know'' and a video called ''Grease, Gravy & John Wayne's Momma''. Gregory's style consists of storytelling. Lithonia (, ; AAVE: ) is a city in eastern DeKalb County, Georgia, United States. The city's population was 2,662 at the 2020 census. Lithonia is in the Atlanta metropolitan area. "Lithonia" means "city/town of stone". Lithonia is in the heart of the Georgian granite-quarrying and viewing region, hence the name of the town, from the Greek , for “stone”. The huge nearby Stone Mountain is composed of granite, while the Lithonia gneiss is a form of metamorphic rock. The Stone Mountain granite is younger than, and has intruded the Lithonia gneiss. The area has a history of rock quarries. The mines were served by the Georgia Railroad and Atlanta, Stone Mountain & Lithonia Railway. Some of the rock quarries have been converted to parkland, and the rail lines to rail-trail. Lithonia is one of the gateways to the Arabia Mountain National Heritage Area, which is largely contained inside Stonecrest, GA. ''The Rick and Bubba Show'' is an American comedy radio show based in Birmingham, Alabama. Nationally syndicated and produced at WZZK-FM, the show is live every weekday for five hours and is hosted by Rick Burgess and Bill "Bubba" Bussey. The Rick and Bubba Radio Show The radio program began on January 8, 1994. On February 11, 2008, the broadcast location of the show moved to the "Rick and Bubba Broadcast Plaza and Teleport" in Vestavia Hills, which houses the studio as well as management offices for the show.
