James E. Reilly
James E. Reilly (July 29, 1948 – October 12, 2008) was an American soap opera writer. He was the head writer of NBC's ''Days of Our Lives'' and creator/head writer of ''Passions''. Reilly won a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Drama Series Writing as co-head writer for ''Guiding Light'' in 1993. Reilly died in October 2008 while recovering from cardiac surgery. Career Reilly created the NBC Daytime soap opera ''Passions'' in 1999, and served as the series' head writer until its cancellation in 2008. He was previously the co-head writer of ''Guiding Light'' from 1990 to 1992 and ''Days of our Lives'' from 1992 to 1997. Reilly also worked as a staff writer for other daytime dramas prior to that, including ''The Young and the Restless'' and ''General Hospital''. Bountiful is Davis city. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 42,552, a three percent increase over the 2000 figure of 41,301. Crystal Elizabeth Chappell (born August 4, 1965) is an American actress who played Carly Manning on ''Days of Our Lives'' from 1990 to 1993, Maggie Carpenter on ''One Life to Live'' from 1995–97 and Olivia Spencer on ''Guiding Light'' from 1999 to 2009. Financial Core (also known as FiCore or Fi-Core) refers to a legal carve out that permits workers opposed to participating in a labor union to be employed under the benefits of a union's contracts without compelling them to be a member of that union.
