Jack Kennedy (footballer, Born 1873)
John Kennedy (1873 — after 1902) was a Scottish footballer, who played for Glossop, Hibernian and Stoke. He earned one full international cap for the Scotland national team. Career A native of Shotts, Kennedy played at inside-right and began his career with Hibernian, one of the city's two principal clubs. He played for Hibs in the 1896 Scottish Cup Final, a 3–1 defeat by Edinburgh derby rivals Hearts. Kennedy represented Scotland once, in a 1897 British Home Championship match against Wales. In April 1898 Kennedy moved to English side Stoke who at the time were struggling at the foot of the table. They entered the end of season test matches with Kennedy scoring in the first match against Newcastle United. Jack Kennedy (hurler)
Jack Kennedy (born 1982) is an Irish hurler who played as a left wing-forward for the Waterford senior team. Kennedy joined the team during the 2003 National League and was a regular member of the starting fifteen until his retirement during the 2009 championship. During that time he won two Munster winners' medals and one National League winners' medal. Kennedy ended up as an All-Ireland runner-up on one occasion. At club level Kennedy is a one-time county club championship medalist with De La Salle. He previously played with Ballyduff Lower. Playing career Club Kennedy began his club hurling career with Ballyduff Lower, however, he enjoyed little success with the club. In 2012 Kennedy transferred from Ballyduff Lower to the De La Salle club in Waterford city. William John Kennedy (1919–2005), better known as Uncle Jack Kennedy, was a lifelong activist for the rights of Australian Aboriginal people, a Wotjobaluk clan elder of the people who spoke the Wergaia language in the Wimmera region of western Victoria, Australia. Jack Kennedy, better known as simply Kennedy, is a musician from Thousand Oaks, California. His signature music style fuses disco and modern day electronic dance music. Kennedy is best known for co-writing and producing the song " 10,000 Emerald Pools" with BØRNS, a single that received an RIAA Gold certification. He gained a cult following for his song "Karate" which has appeared in several commercials, movies and television shows. Kennedy is also a former member of Silversun Pickups, an American alternative rock band from Los Angeles that was formed in 2000. Career Kennedy produced the song "10,000 Emerald Pools" by BØRNS.
