Jack Louis Fox (born 17 September 1985) is a British actor. He is part of the Robin Fox family, Fox family. John Edward Fox (born September 1, 1996) is an American football punter for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Rice. Early life and high school Fox was born in Dallas, Texas and grew up in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended Ladue Horton Watkins High School, where he played baseball and football. As a senior, he was named first-team All-State as a punter and to the second-team as a placekicker while also passing for 1,900 yards and 18 touchdowns at quarterback. College career Fox was both a kicker and punter for four seasons at Rice University. As a freshman he handled kickoffs and made 12 of 12 extra point attempts and one of two field goal attempts. He became the Owls punter going into his sophomore year and was named honorable mention All-Conference USA after punting 75 times for 3,051 yards (40.7 average) with two extra points and one field goal made. John Paul Fox (May 21, 1885 – June 28, 1963) was a professional baseball player whose career spanned 11 seasons, including one in Major League Baseball. During that one season in 1908, Fox played with the Philadelphia Athletics. Fox compiled a major league batting average of .200 with two runs, six hits and two stolen bases in nine games played. Fox also played in the minor leagues with the Class-C Poughkeepsie Colts (1906), the Class-B Albany Senators (1906–07), the Class-A Jersey City Skeeters (1908), the Class-A Memphis Egyptians (1908), the Class-B Wilkes-Barre Barons (1909), the Class-B Troy Trojans, the Class-A Lincoln Railsplitters (1910–11), the Class-B Harrisburg Senators (1912–14), the Class-D Bradford Drillers (1914) and the Class-B Scranton Miners (1915–16). Tiger Jack Fox
John Linwood Fox (April 2, 1907 – April 6, 1954), or Tiger Jack Fox as he was better known, was a colorful, hard punching, American light heavyweight boxer. Fox fought from 1928 to 1950. Boxing career Fox claimed he got his start in boxing when he was picked up, while hitchhiking in Georgia, by boxer Young Stribling. At that time, Stribling was travelling from town to town and engaging in boxing matches, basically meeting all comers. Stribling offered Fox a job as a sparring partner. Although he had no experience, Fox, out of work and hungry, accepted the offer. His first sparring session with Stribling almost ended his boxing career. Stribling toyed with him, and eventually knocked him senseless with a right hand to the jaw.
