J'en Rêve
J'en Rêve, literally "I Dream About It" in French, was a large international exhibition of contemporary art which took place in the Summer of 2005 at the Fondation Cartier pour l'Art Contemporain in Paris, France. The purpose of the exhibition was to introduce a wide variety of practices and perspectives from young artists around the world. Reviews The exhibition was reviewed favorably in several major international art publications, covered by news outlets, and regarded as an important showcase for emerging international art talents. Writing in l'Humanite, Anne Charlotte Hinet said, "The real originality of 'I Dream About It' is to enable the gathering of all these cultures and these experiences. You would think this might create a cacophony, but it does not. The exhibition is a breath of a fresh air. The Fondation Cartier pour l'Art Contemporain, known simply as the Fondation Cartier, is a contemporary art museum located at 261 boulevard Raspail in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, 14th arrondissement of the France, French capital, Paris. Jonas Bendiksen (born 1977) is a Norwegian photojournalist based near Oslo. He has published the books ''Satellites'' (2006) and ''The Places We Live'' (2008) and received awards from World Press Photo, International Center of Photography, National Magazine Awards and Pictures of the Year International. Charwei Tsai (; ; born 1 October 1980) is a Taiwanese multidisciplinary artist who lives and works in Taipei, Taiwan. Biography Tsai was born in 1980 in Taipei, Taiwan. She attended Taipei American School in Taipei, and Stevenson School in Pebble Beach, California. Tsai graduated from Rhode Island School of Design in 2002 with a degree in Industrial Design, and completed a postgraduate research program at the École nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris in 2010.
