Ixmatlahuacan is a municipality in the Mexican state of Veracruz. It is in south zone of Veracruz, about 175 km from the state capital Xalapa. It has an area of 335.59 km2. It is located at . Cosamaloapan
Cosamaloapan is a city located in the plains of the Sotavento zone in the central zone of the State of Veracruz, about 240 km from state capital Xalapa. It has a surface of 323.26 km2. It is located at . The poet Manuel Carpio was born in Cosamaloapan. Cosamaloapan serves as the municipal seat of the municipality of Cosamaloapan de Carpio, which was so renamed in honour of its most famous son in 1918. Veracruz

Xalapa
Xalapa or Jalapa (, ), officially Xalapa-Enríquez (), is the capital city of the Mexican state of Veracruz and the name of the surrounding municipality. In the 2005 census the city reported a population of 387,879 and the municipality of which it serves as municipal seat reported a population of 413,136. The municipality has an area of 118.45 km2. Tierra Blanca, Veracruz
Tierra Blanca is a city and its surrounding municipality of the same name located in the south-central part of the state of Veracruz in Mexico. At the 2005 census the city had a population of 44,171 inhabitants, and 47,824 in 2015. The city serves as the municipal seat of the municipality, which has an area of 1,363.76 km² (526.55 sq mi) and a population of 86,075 inhabitants (2005) and 106,277 (2015). Its largest other community is the town of Joachín. The municipality has been torn by violence in the 2010s and 2020s. Ignacio De La Llave
Ignacio de la Llave y Segura Zevallos (26 August 1818 – 23 June 1863)https://www.gob.mx/inafed/articulos/conmemoramos-el-natalicio-de-general-del-ejercito-y-como-gobernador-del-estado-de-veracruz-ignacio-de-la-llave was a general and the governor of the Mexican state of Veracruz (1861–1862). Life He was born in Orizaba, Veracruz, a nephew of the prominent politician Pablo de la Llave. He participated in the Mexican–American War, in the 1851 revolution against Antonio López de Santa Anna, in the Reform War (against the conservatives), and (on the nationalist side) against the usurper Maximilian of Mexico. He died as a result of battle injuries sustained in 1863 in the aftermath of the Siege of Puebla.
