Iwatsuki Station
is a passenger railway station located in Iwatsuki-ku, Saitama, Japan, operated by the private railway operator Tōbu Railway. The station is numbered "TD-06". Lines Iwatsuki Station is served by the 62.7 km 62.7 km Tōbu Urban Park Line (formerly known as the Tōbu Noda Line) from , and lies 8.5 km from the western terminus of the line at Ōmiya. The , formally known as the , is a long railway line in Saitama and Chiba Prefectures operated by the Japanese private railway company Tobu Railway. It connects the satellite cities of Tokyo, such as Saitama, Kasukabe, Noda, Nagareyama, Matsudo, Kamagaya, Kashiwa, and Funabashi. Iwatsuki Castle
is a Japanese castle located in Iwatsuki-ku, Saitama, in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. At the end of the Edo period, Tateyama Castle was home to the Ōoka clan, ''daimyō'' of Iwatsuki Domain, however the castle dates from the Muromachi period and was inhabited by many samurai lords over its history. During the Edo period, the name of the castle was written as “岩付城”. It was also known as or . The site of the castle is a Saitama Prefectural Historic Monument.
