Ayumu Iwasa
is a Japanese racing driver currently competing in the FIA Formula 2 Championship with DAMS. He previously raced in the FIA Formula 3 Championship with Hitech Grand Prix. He is a member of the Red Bull Junior Team and the 2020 French F4 champion. Career Karting Iwasa started karting in Japan in 2005 and began racing competitively in 2014. Some of his notable campaigns were winning the 2014 Suzuka Karting Championship Yamaha-SS Class and becoming champion of the Suzuka Karting Championship x-30 class. Iwasa also competed in the JAF Junior Karting Championship FP in the junior class during his karting career. Iwasa Matabei
Iwasa Matabei ( ja, 岩佐 又兵衛, translit=Iwasa Matabē; original name Araki Katsumochi 1578 – July 20, 1650) was a Japanese artist of the early Tokugawa period, who specialized in genre scenes of historical events and illustrations of classical Chinese and Japanese literature, as well as portraits. He was the son of Araki Murashige, a prominent ''daimyō'' of the Sengoku period who had been made to commit suicide, leaving Matabei to be raised with his mother's family name, Iwasa. Matabei's work was noted for its distinctive figures, with large heads and delicately drawn features, and he was effective both in colour and monochrome ink-wash painting, using an individual brush technique combining Tosa and Kanō elements. is a Japanese professional boxer. He held the IBF super-bantamweight title from 2017 to 2018 and the interim version from 2019 to April 2021. He also challenged from the unified WBA (Super) and IBF super-bantamweight titles in April 2021. Career Iwasa turned pro in 2008, after winning national titles as an amateur and accruing a 60–6 record. Iwasa was considered a highly touted prospect until he lost a bout for the Japanese bantamweight title against future world champion Shinsuke Yamanaka. Shun Iwasa
was a general in the Imperial Japanese Army, commanding Japanese ground forces on Bougainville of 1945 in the closing months of the war. Biography Iwasa was born in Fukuoka prefecture. He graduated from the 22nd class of the Imperial Japanese Army Academy in May 1910. He was promoted to colonel in June 1937. During the Second Sino-Japanese War, Iwasa was commander of the IJA 61st Infantry Regiment from July 1938. This regiment was a garrison force based at Liaoyang and Jiamusi in Manchukuo until June 1940, when it was transferred to Hubei in central China. In August 1940, Iwasa was promoted to major general and assigned to the staff of the IJA 9th Division, back in Machukuo.
