Iulian Ilie Miu (born 21 January 1976 in Roşiorii de Vede, Teleorman County) is a Romanian former football player. 1996–97 Cupa României
The 1996–97 Cupa României was the 59th edition of Romania's most prestigious football cup competition. The title was won by Steaua București against Naţional București. Format The competition is an annual knockout tournament. First round proper matches are played on the ground of the lowest ranked team, then from the second round proper the matches are played on a neutral location. If a match is drawn after 90 minutes, the game goes into extra time. If the match is still tied, the result is decided by penalty kicks. Fotbal Club FCSB (), commonly known as FCSB, is a Romanian professional football club based in Bucharest. It has spent its entire history in the top flight of the Romanian league system, the Liga I. The original ''Steaua București'' football team was founded in 1947 and belonged to the Ministry of National Defence, through the namesake CSA Steaua București sports club. TFF First League
The TFF 1. Lig, officially known as Spor Toto 1. Lig for sponsorship reasons, is the second level of the Turkish football league system. The league was founded in 2001 as the ''Turkish Second League Category A'' after the reorganization of the Second Football League, which was the second level of the Turkish league system between 1963 and 2001. The league was called ''Türk Telekom Lig A'' in the 2006–2007 season, and was renamed to ''TFF First League'' prior to the 2007–08 season. As of 16 January 2008 the league was renamed as Bank Asya 1.
