''Isola Bella'' is a 1961 West German comedy film directed by Hans Grimm and starring Marianne Hold, Paul Hubschmid and Monika Dahlberg.Bock & Bergfelder p.442 It is mainly set in the Italian-speaking Swiss region of Ticino. Lolita (Austrian Singer)
Edith "Ditta" Einzinger (born Edith Zuser; 17 January 1931 – 1 July 2010) was an Austrian pop singer who recorded under the stage name Lolita. She began singing in local clubs while working as a kindergarten teacher. Discovered in 1956, she began her recording career in 1957. Early recordings typically were songs with a Latin American, South Sea Island, or similar 'exotic' theme. In December 1959, she recorded what would become her only gold record, " Seemann, deine Heimat ist das Meer" ("Sailor, Your Home is the Sea"), which was a hit single in the United States, peaking at number five, and in Japan as well as in German-speaking Europe in 1960. Harald Juhnke () (born Harry Heinz Herbert Juhnke, 10 June 1929 – 1 April 2005), was a German actor, comedian, and singer. Life and career Juhnke was born in Berlin-Charlottenburg. His father was a police officer and his mother came from a family of bakers. He grew up in the working-class district of Gesundbrunnen in Berlin. His first stage appearance was in 1948. In 1950, he was hired by the theater in Neustrelitz. In the following years, he worked in several other theaters, including the Volksbühne in Berlin. Ruth Stephan (27 October 1925 – 8 August 1975) was a German film and stage actress. She appeared with Heinz Erhardt in the 'Willi' series of films. Biography Ruth Stephan was born to retail merchant Kurt Stephan and his wife, Kriemhilde. After graduating from school, she first worked as a certified bank teller before taking acting lessons. During her early acting career, she worked mostly on the stage in Germany, including theaters in Hamburg and Berlin. She appeared in her first movie in 1951, and subsequently became a popular figure in German comedy movies.
