Biddle Island (Indiana)
Biddle Island is located in the Wabash River, in downtown Logansport, Indiana, just east of the merger of the Eel River and the Wabash. State Route 329 (Burlington Avenue) crosses the island to south bank of the Wabash. There are about twenty private residents on the island, which is about 17 acres. The island was named for its former owner Horace P. Biddle, a local judge and poet. Biddle's home on the island was a large house built by John Tipton. The house was razed in 1961. The island is trapped between an old meander of the Wabash, which forms the state boundary between Indiana and Illinois and the main river channel. The island is covered with farm fields, and possibly a single residence. Numerous sloughs mark the southern end of the island. Morrison Island (Indiana)
L'Isle-aux-Allumettes is a municipality in the Outaouais region, part of the Pontiac Regional County Municipality, Quebec, Canada. The municipality consists primarily of Allumette Island (in French ''Île aux Allumettes''), and also includes Morrison Island, Marcotte Island, and some minor islets, all in the Ottawa River north of Pembroke. ''Monkey Island'' is a series of adventure games. The first four games were produced and published by LucasArts, earlier known as Lucasfilm Games. The fifth was developed by Telltale Games with LucasArts, while the sixth was developed by Terrible Toybox with Lucasfilm Games and Devolver Digital. The games follow the adventures of the hapless Guybrush Threepwood as he struggles to become the most notorious pirate in the Caribbean, defeat the plans of the evil undead pirate LeChuck and win the heart of Governor Elaine Marley.
