Isao Kikuchi (9 December 1921 – 31 August 2017) was an American graphic designer, painter, carver and illustrator. Biography Isao Kikuchi was born in East Los Angeles on 9 December 1921, the second child of Yoriyuki Kikuchi – one of the first Asian Americans to graduate from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry - and Miya Sonomiya Kikuchi. In 1942, at the onset of World War II, Isao was lured to the high desert of California by an offer of construction work at union wages. He found himself interned at the Manzanar relocation camp which would become home to his family and 10,000 other Japanese Americans evacuated from the West Coast under authority of Presidential Executive Order 9066. Isao recounted his time at Manzanar in an interview conducted by Richard Potashin as part of the Densho Digital Archive - Manzanar National Historical Site Collection. was a Japanese football player. He played for Japan national team. Club career Iwabuchi was born in Tochigi Prefecture on November 17, 1933. He played for Keio BRB was consisted of his alma mater Keio University players and graduates. He won 1954 and 1956 Emperor's Cup at the club. National team career On January 5, 1955, when Iwabuchi was a Keio University student, he debuted for Japan national team against Burma. In June 1956, at 1956 Summer Olympics qualification against South Korea, he scored a goal. After the qualification, Japan won the qualification to 1956 Summer Olympics in Melbourne by the drawing of lots. In November, he was selected Japan for 1956 Olympics. Isao Kimura
, also known as Kō Kimura, was a Japanese actor. He entered the Haiyūza theatre troupe in 1946. He appeared in several films directed by Akira Kurosawa, including '' Stray Dog'' (1949) as Yusa the criminal, and ''Seven Samurai'' (1954) as Katsushiro, the youngest of the samurai. During his career he also appeared in several films directed by Mikio Naruse and Yoshishige Yoshida, as well as appearing in the Lone Wolf and Cub film series. In addition to a film career spanning almost thirty years, Kimura founded and directed an acting company which ultimately went bankrupt. He died of esophageal cancer. was a Japanese right-wing activist who caused the Matsue Incident in 1945. Early years He was born in Shimane Prefecture in 1920. He graduated from Matsue Middle School in 1939 (now Shimane Prefectural Matsue Secondary High School). He worked at the Shenyang branch of Mitsui & Co., Manchuria for two years and developed an interest in Japanese nationalism. In November 1942, he returned to Japan and he entered Rissho University with the objective of becoming a monk. is a Japanese professional golfer. He was elected to the World Golf Hall of Fame in 2004. Career Aoki was born in Abiko, Chiba, Japan. He was introduced to golf while caddying at the Abiko Golf Club as a schoolboy. He turned professional in 1964. He went on to win more than fifty events on the Japan Golf Tour between 1972 and 1990, trailing only Masashi "Jumbo" Ozaki on the list of golfers with most Japan Golf Tour wins.
