Isaiah Joe
Derrick Isaiah Joe (born July 2, 1999) is an American professional basketball player for the Oklahoma City Thunder of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the Arkansas Razorbacks. Early life and high school career Joe grew up in Fort Smith, Arkansas, where he attended Northside High School alongside Jaylin Williams, his now professional teammate. He shot 41% from three-point range in his sophomore season and committed to play college basketball at the University of Arkansas during the summer going into his junior year over offers from Alabama and Arkansas-Little Rock. As a junior, Joe averaged 18.8 points, 4.5 rebounds and 2.2 steals per game and helped lead the Grizzlies to an Arkansas Activities Association (AAA) 7A state championship and was named first-team All-State. Arkansas Razorbacks Men's Basketball
The Arkansas Razorbacks men's basketball team represents the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas in NCAA Division I men's basketball competition. The team competes in the Southeastern Conference. Arkansas plays its home games in Bud Walton Arena on the University of Arkansas campus. 2020 NBA Draft
The 2020 NBA draft was held on November 18, 2020. The draft was originally scheduled to be held at Barclays Center in Brooklyn on June 25, but due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it was instead conducted at ESPN's facilities in Bristol, Connecticut, with the event held via videoconferencing. National Basketball Association (NBA) teams took turns selecting amateur United States college basketball players and other eligible players, including international players. The 2018–19 FIU Panthers men's basketball team represented Florida International University during the 2018–19 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. Scotty Thurman
Scotty Thurman (born November 10, 1974) is an American former professional basketball player and current assistant coach, perhaps best known as the Arkansas Razorbacks' shooting guard who hit the high-arcing go-ahead three-pointer with 50.7 seconds left in the 1994 NCAA Basketball Championship game, helping to secure Arkansas' only national title to date in a 76–72 victory over the Duke Blue Devils.
