Isaac Pierson
Isaac Pierson (August 15, 1770 – September 22, 1833) represented in the United States House of Representatives from 1827 to 1831. Early life Pierson was born on August 15, 1770 in Orange, New Jersey, Orange in the Province of New Jersey. He was the third child of Dr. Matthias Pierson and Phebe (née Nutman) Pierson. He descends from an early colonial immigrant, Thomas Pierson, Sr. (brother of Abraham Pierson, the elder, Rev. Abraham Pierson) who was one of the founders of Newark, New Jersey. He attended private schools, and graduated from Princeton University, Princeton College in 1789. He studied medicine, graduated from the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City, and commenced practice in Orange. Career He was elected assessor of Orange on April 13, 1807, and served one year, and served as sheriff of Essex County, New Jersey, Essex County from 1807 to 1809. The name comes from the website's inclusion of burial locations of the deceased (when known). Stephen Condit House
The Stephen Condit House is a historic farmhouse located on Beverwyck Road in the township of Parsippany–Troy Hills in Morris County, New Jersey, United States. Built around 1870, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places on February 15, 1974, for its significance in architecture and community history. With History and description Stephen Condit (1768–1816) purchased a farm here around 1800 and established a tanning and currying operation. His son, John Ogden Condit (1797–1866), inherited the farm after his death. John's son, Stephen Hobert Condit (1830–1909), owned the property next and built the farmhouse around 1870.
