Isaac Haas
Isaac Haas (born October 2, 1995) is an American professional basketball player for the Beijing Royal Fighters of the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA). He played college basketball for the Purdue Boilermakers. High school career Haas is the son of Rachel and Danny Haas and grew up in Hokes Bluff, Alabama. He attended Hokes Bluff High School and averaged 18.5 points and 11 rebounds as a junior. Haas committed to Purdue on November 18, 2013. Haas' primary reason for committing to Purdue was due to the university's ability to develop its tall players, saying "It's great exposure, and under Matt Painter, almost every 7-footer who went to Purdue went to the NBA." The center (C), or the centre, also known as the five or the pivot, is one of the five positions in a regulation basketball game. The center is normally the tallest player on the team, and often has a great deal of strength and body mass as well. In the NBA, the center is typically close to tall. They traditionally play close to the basket in the low post. Centers are valued for their ability to protect their own goal from high-percentage close attempts on defense, while scoring and rebounding with high efficiency on offense. In the 1950s and 1960s, George Mikan and Bill Russell were centerpieces of championship dynasties and defined early prototypical centers. Wake Forest Demon Deacons Men's Basketball
The Wake Forest Demon Deacons men's basketball team represents Wake Forest University in NCAA Division I college basketball and competes in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). The NBA Draft Combine is a multi-day showcase that takes place every May before the annual June NBA draft. At the combine, college basketball players are measured and take medical tests, are interviewed, perform various athletic tests and shooting drills, and play in five-on-five drills for an audience of National Basketball Association (NBA) coaches, general managers, and scouts. Athletes attend by invitation only. An athlete's performance during the combine can affect perception, draft status, salary, and ultimately the player's career. Cal State Fullerton Titans Men's Basketball
The Cal State Fullerton Titans men's basketball team is the basketball team that represents California State University, Fullerton in Fullerton, California, United States. The school's team currently competes in the Big West Conference. History In 1978, the Fullerton men's basketball team, coached by Bobby Dye, made it to the Elite 8 in the 1978 NCAA Division I basketball tournament. The Butler Bulldogs men's basketball team represents Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. The school's team currently competes in the Big East Conference. They play their home games at Hinkle Fieldhouse. The Maryland Terrapins men's basketball team represents the University of Maryland in National Collegiate Athletic Association Division I competition. Northwestern Wildcats Men's Basketball
The Northwestern Wildcats men's basketball team is an NCAA Division I college basketball team representing Northwestern University in the Big Ten Conference. Vincent Edwards (basketball)
Vincent Malik Edwards (born April 5, 1996) is an American professional basketball player for BCM Gravelines-Dunkerque of the LNB Pro A. He played college basketball for Purdue University. College career Edwards committed to Purdue from Middletown High School in Middletown, Ohio, choosing the Boilermakers over Michigan. The versatile small forward started beginning in his freshman season, earning Big Ten Conference freshman of the week honors three times. As a sophomore, Edwards averaged 11.3 points and 5.4 rebounds per game and toyed with the NBA draft before deciding to return to Purdue. In his junior season, he averaged 12.6 points, 4.9 rebounds and 3.6 assists per game and was named third-team All-Big Ten.
