Isaac Ganón (30 August 1916 – 10 September 1975) was a Uruguayan sociologist. He is considered a founder of sociological lecturing and investigation in Uruguay Uruguay (; ), officially the Oriental Republic of Uruguay ( es, República Oriental del Uruguay), is a country in South America. Latin (, or , ) is a classical language belonging to the Italic branch of the Indo-European languages.
