Liam Barker
Liam is a short form of the Irish name Uilliam or the old Germanic name William. Etymology The original name was a merging of two Old German elements: ''willa'' ("will" or "resolution"); and ''helma'' ("helmet"). The juxtaposition of these elements effectively means "helmet of will" or "guardian". When the Frankish Empire was divided, the name developed differently in each region. Lars Christer Johansson (born 30 July 1970 in Stockholm) is a Swedish professional sports bettor and poker player, based in Malmö. Johansson started by playing draw poker with his family, but now concentrates on texas hold 'em. Johansson defeated "Rocky" Ross Boatman to win the ATS 1,000,000 first prize at the 2000 Vienna Spring Festival and went on to cash in the World Series of Poker for the first time in his poker career in 2002. Marty Smyth is a professional poker player from Belfast, Northern Ireland with a track record including wins in the 2007 Irish Poker Open Championship and the 2008 Poker Million. He won his first WSOP bracelet in the 2008 $10,000 Pot Limit Omaha World Championship. Poker career Marty Smyth has played poker since his early teens. Stephen O'Dwyer (born April 6, 1982) is an Irish-American professional poker player known for his accomplishments on the European Poker Tour, World Poker Tour, and high roller poker tournaments. James Mitchell (poker Player)
James Mitchell (born 1989) is an English professional poker player from London, best known for winning the 2010 Irish Poker Open in Dublin. Educated at King's College School in Wimbledon, Mitchell started his online poker career playing £2.50 sit-and-go tournaments using $50 in has father's Ladbrokes account as his initial stake. In an interview with Bluff Europe magazine Mitchell revealed that he quickly built it up to $60,000 playing small buy-in tournaments and then six max cash games but then went on to lose around $45,000 in two days.
